Synthetic Stamping Lubricant
for High Strength Steel

Product development programs combine traditional procedures with a unique system that results in break-through technology in stamping lubricants, coolants and metal finishing products. Lubricants and solutions are available in synthetic, semi-synthetic and water soluble blends.

MS Fluid’s newest technology Eco Draw^® HVRG is a metal stamping lubricant for use with high strength steel. The product is a stamping facilities’ solution to part galling, splits and tool coating wear that can occur from the work-hardening effects of these newer steels. Lubricant results show:

A use cost savings of 50 percent elevated over time as the dilution ratios increased
Press speed increase up to 23 percent.
